Approach
For ACT Perfume, a brand whose digital journey we have shared with the same trust since 2022, we set out to grow its entire ecosystem and increase its market share. Early on, we made the strategic decision to move the brand away from the generic “detergent” perception it had at market entry and focus it entirely on the “laundry perfume” segment. To expand e-commerce volume, we designed the interfaces of two separate websites (ACT Perfume and Actmatik) from scratch and optimized the user experience (UX). At the same time, we restructured the Meta and Google Ads strategies and supported them on TikTok with high-quality UGC concepts, building a community-driven growth model. Taking this holistic approach a step further, we built a strategic PR bridge with the luxury wellness collective Sacré Community, positioned ACT Perfume as the retreat’s sponsor and created a niche lifestyle experience through influencer networks.
Results
This partnership, running uninterrupted for more than four years, has made the brand one of the leading players in its category. Product focus and creative social media content management created strong awareness among the target audience. The premium perception built in the physical world through the Sacré Community sponsorship was seamlessly integrated into our digital performance advertising.
